01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "188coin", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 188coin platform and the company operating it at the domain https://188coin.best.
• "You", "member", "player", "user" refers to any natural person who has registered a valid 188coin account.
• "Platform" refers to the 188coin website, all associated web pages, services, tools, and features accessible through https://188coin.best.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held in your name on the 188coin platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any monetary stake placed on an event or market offered through 188coin.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with your 188coin account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account separate from real-money deposits.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to 188coin members.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 188coin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a hard requirement under Philippine law and 188coin policy. There are no exceptions.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, syndicate, or group for the purpose of pooled betting operations without prior written consent from 188coin.
• You are not located in, or a citizen of, any jurisdiction where online sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 188coin, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 188coin or had your account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To place bets on 188coin, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each person may only hold one active 188coin account. Duplicate or multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — are prohibited. If 188coin detects duplicate accounts, all accounts except the original may be closed and any balances in the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188coin login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

188coin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a passport, SSS, PhilSys, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point 188coin deems necessary.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

188coin supports the following Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 188coin may impose limits on individual accounts for risk management or regulatory reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after satisfactory KYC verification. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically complete within one business day. 188coin does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal amounts. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider directly.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 188coin specifically approves an alternative at its discretion. You may not withdraw to a payment account held in a third party's name.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login or transaction activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 188coin reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after this period. Members will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before any dormancy fee is applied.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 188coin are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip — including selection, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. 188coin does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been confirmed, except in circumstances described in Section 5.4 below.

5.2 Odds

All odds displayed on 188coin are in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. 188coin reserves the right to correct odds that were published in error — in such cases, affected bets will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at 188coin's discretion.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result announced by the relevant league, tournament organiser, or governing body. For sports such as the PBA, NBA, and FIBA, 188coin uses official box scores and league announcements. For esports titles including Mobile Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, and CS2, 188coin follows the official results published by the tournament operator.

5.4 Postponed, Suspended, and Cancelled Events

If an event is postponed before it starts, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is suspended mid-play, settlement rules depend on how much of the event was completed and the policies of the relevant governing body. If no official result is declared within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum bet across all markets is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market type. 188coin reserves the right to impose individual bet limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

188coin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In general, the following standard conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine-based registered members only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 188coin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform or via email notification.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing qualifying bets without genuine betting intent (such as hedging across accounts), or exploiting promotion mechanics in ways not intended — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 188coin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or conspiring in match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events offered on 188coin.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds linked to illegal activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or using multiple accounts to exploit promotions, gain unfair advantages, or circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing or selling your 188coin account to another person.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the 188coin platform, its software, or its infrastructure.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or from a jurisdiction where online sports betting is prohibited.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

188coin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Keeping the account open would expose 188coin to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 188coin may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, 188coin may forfeit the balance. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the member via their verified payment method.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@188coin.best. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

09 Responsible Gaming

188coin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to support members who may develop gambling-related problems very seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 188coin members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from 188coin without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188coin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or error in the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions;
• The outcome of any event on which you have placed a bet;
• Any unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 188coin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

188coin is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering with 188coin, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or to operate the service.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the 188coin customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.
